Clean your fishes. Add olive oil, lemon, oregano, pepper,
coarse salt and water. Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for about 40 minutes until fishes are cooked and look tasty.
Eat with 'skordolia' (mashed potatoes with olive oil and garlic) and a Greek salat or Broccoli with olive oil and vinegar.
